Chardonnay was handpicked, selected, destemmed, and pressed. Then took place a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine was racked with its lees into concrete tanks and old french barrels to began his aging process.


Lunoria Chardonnay was aged 12 months in concrete tanks and old french barrels. Then kept in bottles for 8 months before being released
